mintstreet provides a browser-based city simulation and economics education game accessible at https://www.mintstreet.io/. The Service is provided free of charge. Any optional in-game purchases of virtual items, currencies, or premium features are subject to the additional payment terms described in Section 6.
The Service is intended for users aged 16 and over. By using the Service, You confirm that You meet this age requirement. If You are under 16, You must obtain parental consent before using the Service.
You may access the Service as a guest (temporary account) or by registering with a Google account. Guest accounts are temporary and may expire after a period of inactivity. Progress made on a guest account may be lost if the account is not converted to a registered account before expiry.

You retain ownership of Your User Content. You represent and warrant that Your User Content does not infringe the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party.
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that We deem inappropriate, without prior notice.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of mintstreet and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without Our prior written consent.
Nothing in these Terms grants You any right to use Our name, logo, or other proprietary marks.
The Service may offer optional virtual in-game items or features for purchase. All purchases are final unless required otherwise by applicable law. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and may not be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the game.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any virtual item or feature at any time. In the event of account termination for breach of these Terms, You forfeit any virtual items associated with that account.
